Before you begin with the setup, you have to ensure that:

• Your device is connected to the internet, and
• You are not connected to a call on your mobile phone, or verification  settings will fail  and setup will not be completed.

Have the following information available:

1. Your email address
2. Password
3. Username
4. Exchange Server Address

Follow these simple steps…

Apple Devices

1. Open the ‘App Store’ on the iPhone home screen.
2. Tap the search button and type ‘Microsoft Outlook’ on the search bar.
3. Tap the cloud icon   to install Outlook.
4. Open Outlook when the installation is complete.
5. Tap on ‘Get Started’
6. Choose a notification option according to your preference.
7. Enter your email address on the field then select “Add Account”
8. Tap Exchange
9. Enter your email address and your password (Tip: Your mobile password is normally the same as your PC password).
10. Enter your server name in the field box.
11. Leave the ‘Domain’ field blank.
12. In the ‘Username’ box. Re-enter your email address.
13. Congratulations! You have successfully setup your email.  Folders can be accessed from the menu.

Android Devices

1. Open Google Play  on your mobile phone.
2. On the search bar, type in ‘Microsoft Outlook’.
3. Tap on “Install” to download.
4. Open Outlook when the installation is complete.
5. Tap on ‘Get Started’
6. On the ‘Add Account’ screen, enter your email address on the space then select ‘Continue’.
7. Tap Exchange
8. Enter your password((Tip: Your mobile password is normally the same as your PC password).
9. Enable ‘Advance Settings’.
10. Enter your server name in the field box.
11. Leave the ‘Domain’ field blank.
12. Enter your username on the ‘Domain/Username’ field and re-enter your password.
13. Excellent!  You have successfully setup your email.
