New South Wales Strata Management is a large strata management business operating primarily in the Western suburbs of Sydney but with properties under management all over the state. We operate from a 4 storey building in Parramatta with 42 staff and around 50 individual workstations operating in a Windows environment. Our primary strata software is Rockend’s, Strata Master product which is a very capable program and suits our needs very well. Our servers are under 2 years old and were provided and commissioned by DPT Solutions who provide all of our IT support for the network and SQL solutions. They also setup and commissioned our Exchange Server, Terminal Services server and Billback server. We have been working with Mason from DPT Solutions in a trusted relationship for around 4 years and he has taken the time to become intimately familiar with our systems and the needs of our business. They are capable of providing qualified assistance at short notice when things go wrong...as they do, and have established a managed server service to suit most businesses. We also subscribe to their microwave Internet Solution for our telephone system which has served us well and saved us a significant amount in call costs. DPT has since starting with us, added other strata business’ from the district to its portfolio and I see them becoming quite a force in their chosen area because of their understanding of the strata industry. Masons direct no nonsense approach to problem solving and his excellent knowledge of database and network administration have served us well and are an asset to his business.
